I was nearly perfect in my hypothetical perdiction that Cass City would meet Almont in week 9 with both teams at a 5-3 record. Well, CC was 5-3 and Almont was 6-2. Unfortunately for CC, Almont wasn't trying to rest their starters for the playoffs and whooped CC 42-21. So, after a 5-0 start, they lose 4 straight and fail to make the playoffs. Thanks.
Tidbits:
Week 6 @ BC All-Saints - Had the lead just before halftime, bad things happened, could not bounce back. Lost 31-14.
Week 7 @ Vassar - Winning 12-0 in the first quarter and then it was 18-14 in the 2nd Quarter. However, it was then 18-41 in the 4th quarter and Vassar eventually won 41-38.
Week 8 v Laker - Down 13-14 just before halftime. 13-21 at the Half. Then 27-21 in favor of CC to start the 4th quarter. Lakers win 34-27.
