Miller Park is
adding a new sausage to the Klement's Famous Racing Sausages team: the
Chorizo. The move is designed to appeal to the Latin community, as the Chorizo is a mexican sausage. Apparently the new sausage will wear a sombrero. Mmm... sombrero. (Hat tip:

Umm, Andy pointed out an interesting (and by interesting, I mean disgusting) fact in the Wikipedia article about chorizo: "Some Argentine chorizo producers occasionally add other types of meat in order to improve the flavor, such as donkey meat..." What does it taste like that adding donkey improves the taste!?! Yuck.
Don't knock donkey meat till you have tried it. It is the new "white meat" and tastes like...horse.
