Hey Andy, how does it feel to now be partly responsible for keeping the Detroit Zoo afloat? Maybe, if you're lucky, you can get free admission to see the snow monkeys.
With all the other taxes, who will notice? (Which is how we got here in the first place, I suspect). They always threaten to fire cops or close parks, never a millage to raise bureaucrats' salaries.
