Devin Hester is the fastest football player ever. At least according to the development team of Madden '08. No one has ever achieved a perfect 100 rating in the "Speed" category. That's right, Hester is faster than Barry Sanders, Michael Vick, or even that Tecmo Super Bowl god Deion Sanders.
