!

I'm not watching the World Cup but I was okay with all this soccer nonsense until today. ESPN decided that since they're airing games on ESPN Radio they would cut SVP & Russillo down to only two hours. I'm not pleased at all. Also, the US team's uniforms (kit?) are bad, I look at them and think "Team France."

Since when were uniforms called "kits?" Anyway, I remember the controversy a few months ago when images of the US soccer team "kits" were released and how much they looked like France.

I'm doing everything possible to not watch ANY of the World Cup. It's fairly easy without cable, but I will agree, it's definitely been priority #1 on ESPN.com to make sure every link has some connection to the World Cup. Talk about an agenda. Wow. Overkill.

Can we all please stop pretending we care about the WC in the US? Honestly, the worst thing that could have happened was for the US to win their opening game. I was hoping they'd lose so this could all just go away. By the way, how do you give up a goal in less than 30 seconds...to the US? We're terrible at soccer. Shouldn't the US have been the team to give up the goal in 30 seconds. Then again, they managed to give up a goal today in less than 5 minutes, so there you go. Mission accomplished.
